  1. Chairman of the Council – To receive Nominations – Councillors to be proposed & seconded; Council to elect a Chairman & Chairman to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office (to be circulated after the meeting)

 

  1. Apologies for absence

 

  1. Declarations of Interest - To receive any declarations from Councillors; Council to consider any written requests for dispensations & resolve whether to grant acceptance

 

  1. Vice-Chairman of the Council – To receive Nominations – Councillors to be proposed & seconded; Council to elect a Vice-Chairman.

 

  1. Disclosable Pecuniary Interests – forms to be completed if there are any amendments to be made by Councillors (to be collected at the first face to face meeting)

 

  1. Personnel Committee with Responsibility for the Clerk – To elect three Councillors; Councillors to be nominated & seconded
