You are summoned to the Parish Council meeting of Saltfleetby Parish Council

to be held on Tuesday 2nd November 2021 at 7pm, at Marshlands Community Centre.

 

The meeting will commence with a maximum of 10 minutes Open Forum for residents to raise any issues, after which Parishioners are then requested not to interrupt during the business of the meeting.

There will be a 15 minute presentation from a representative from Natural England to update on STNNR (Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe NNR/Dynamic Dunescapes project)

  1. APOLOGIES and approval for absence.

 

  1. NOTES of the Parish Council Meeting held on 5th October 2021 to be approved as minutes & any points to be noted.

 

  1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations from Councillors; Council to consider any written requests for dispensations & resolve whether to grant acceptance.

Items for Discussion/Ratification:

 

  1. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider one application received by the Clerk for a request for co-option into one of the 4 vacancies.

 

  1. GAYTON WIND FARM FUND – Council to consider 2 applications for £250 for the Gayton Wind Farm Fund both from the SCA and £95 from the SCA for additional plumbing costs incurred when the new kitchen was installed.

 

  1. FINANCIAL MATTERS – 
    1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
      • Clerk’s salary and expenses for September 2021 including HMRC payment for month 7 of 2021/2022; ICO Data Protection Fee renewal £40; wreath £20
      • Wold’s Gardening invoice INV-1945 for £110 dated 2nd November 2021
      • Preauthorisation for Wold’s Gardening Invoice for £110 dated 15th November 2021

b.     Wold’s Gardening – Council to consider the planting of 300 bulbs in front of each box quoted at £170 (£120 for bulbs; £30/box @ 4 planters and £50 labour)

  1. Monthly Councillors Report as at 31st October 2021

d.     Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments 31st October 2021 for approval.

 

  1. GAYTON WIND FARM FINANCIAL MATTERS –
    1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
      • Invoice received for painting costs for the kitchen installation £210.00. Was approved on 28/6/2021 as part of the funding panel meeting, now can be reimbursed on receipt of invoice dated 21/12/2020 from M Jones.

b.     Duncan & Toplis draft unaudited Financial Statements for year ended 31st March 2021 – to be discussed and approved by the Council

c.      Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 31st October 2021 for approval.

 

  1. MILLENNIUM BOOK – Council to discuss any updates.

 

  1. WIND FARM APPLICATION SCORING SHEET REVIEW – Council to discuss any updates.

 

  1. MARSHLANDS COMMUNITY CENTRE SIGN – Council to discuss any updates on the sign for the hall.

 

  1. NEWSLETTER – Council to discuss the future of the village newsletter and reviewing the content before publication.

 

  1. DEFIBRILLATORS – Council to discuss the current defibrillators and potential replacement/additional units.

 

  1. ACTION PLAN – Council to discuss the use of an action plan for future meetings.

 

  1. REPORTS FROM OUTSIDE BODIES – Council to receive any reports.

 

  1. CORRESPONDENCE – any correspondence received by the Clerk.
