  1. GAYTON WIND FARM FUND – Council to consider two applications for £250 and under. Both from the SCA for contributions for the Scarecrow Event in September (refreshments/prizes & entertainment from a live band). Proposal to go into closed session at the end of the Parish Council Meeting to discuss both applications.

 

  1. NEW RISK ASSESSMENTS – Council to consider Lone Working and Display Screen Equipment risk assessments for adoption.

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATION - Application reference N/145/01716/21 - HESLEYSIDE, MAIN ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7SS - Planning Permission - Extension to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation - Council to discuss.

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATION - Application reference N/145/01052/20 - LOUTH TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB, MAIN ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7SS - Planning Permission - Extensions and alterations to existing building to provide officials changing room and turnstiles, provision of a hard standing around the existing football pitch, erection of 3no. spectator stands, 2no. dug outs and provision of 6no. floodlights – Council to discuss (changes to the previous planning application).

 

  1. CONSULTATION – PROPOSED SPEED LIMIT CHANGE – Council to discuss new proposed speed limit outside old primary school premises.

  1. GAYTON WIND FARM FINANCIAL MATTERS –

a.     Accounts to be paid/authorised:

        - Mr D Hulme invoice/receipt for August 2021 for £100 for editing and delivery of the village newsletter

        - The Warple Press invoice 5168 for £100 dated 24th August 2021

        - Saltfleetby Community Association – grant reimbursement for invoices received so far for connection of utilities for new kitchen - £2200 for electrician; £645 for plumber (was originally £550 on application)

b.     Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 31st August 2021 for approval.

 

  1. MILLENNIUM BOOK – Council to discuss any updates.

 

  1. WIND FARM APPLICATION SCORING SHEET REVIEW – Council to discuss.

 

  1. MARSHLANDS COMMUNITY CENTRE SIGN – Council to discuss a sign for the hall.

 

  1. NEWSLETTER – Council to discuss the future of the village newsletter and reviewing the content before publication.
