  2. NOTES of the Parish Council Meeting held on 2nd February 2021 to be approved as minutes & any points noted.
  3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations from Councillors; Council to consider any written requests for dispensations & resolve whether to grant acceptance.

  1. DISTRICT/COUNTY COUNCILLOR REPORT

Items for Discussion/Ratification:

  1. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider any applications for requests for co-option into the three current vacancies available.
  2. GAYTON WIND FARM COMMUNITY FUND – Council to consider any applications for £250 and under. Proposal to go into closed session at the end of the Parish Council Meeting to discuss.
  3. FINANCIAL MATTERS – 

      a.       Accounts to be paid/authorised:

  • Clerk’s salary and expenses for February 2021 including HMRC payment for month 12 of 2020/2021.

          b.       LALC Training Scheme – Council to discuss renewal of the Annual Training Scheme               provided by LALC for £85 (excl VAT). Cheque to be sent in April 2021.

          c.       LALC/NALC Subscription for 2021/22 inv 11071 for £165.76.

          d.       Appoint internal auditor for 2020/2021 accounts.

  1.         Monthly Councillors Report as at 28th February 2021

          f.        Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 28th February 2021 for approval.

          a.       Accounts to be paid/authorised: None

  1. ISSUES AND OPTION CONSULTATION – Council to discuss.
  2. DATES FOR APCM AND APM – Council to set dates after 7th May 2021 for potential face to face meetings.
  3. VILLAGE SIGNS – Council to discuss issues with the signs.
  4. GAYTON WIND FARM COMMUNITY GRANT MEETING DATES – Council to discuss and arrange dates for the remainder of 2020/21 and 2021/22.
  5. GAYTON WIND FARM COMMUNITY FUNDS USE OF FUNDS – Council to discuss uses of the grant monies for village benefit. The building of a ‘Pocket Park’ to be discussed.
  6. GARDEN BOXES AND ST CLEMENTS MAINTENANCE – Council to discuss grass cutting/maintenance contract.
  7. POWER CUTS – Council to discuss.
  8. REPORTS FROM OUTSIDE BODIES – Council to receive any reports.
  9. CORRESPONDENCE – any correspondence received by the Clerk
