  1. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider any applications for requests for co-option into the 4 current vacancies available.

 

  1. GAYTON WIND FARM FUND – Council to consider any applications for £250 and under. Proposal to go into closed session at the end of the Parish Council Meeting to discuss.

 

  1. STANDING ORDERS – Council to consider draft version of Standing Orders for adoption.

 

  1. FINANCIAL REGULATIONS – Council to consider draft version of Financial Regulations for adoption.

 

  1. CODE OF CONDUCT – Council to consider draft version of the Code of Conduct for adoption.

 

  1. RISK ASSESSMENTS REVIEW – Council to consider any updates to the Council’s risk assessments for adoption.

      • Clerk’s salary and expenses for July 2021 including HMRC payment for month 5 of 2021/2022.
      • Wolds Gardening INV-1676 for £110 dated 27th July 2021.
      • Preauthorisation for INV-1720 for £110 dated 10th August 2021
      • Preauthorisation for INV-1721 for £110 dated 24th August 2021.

  1. MARSHLANDS COMMUNITY CENTRE SIGN – Council to discuss a sign for the hall.

 

  1. NEWSLETTER – Council to discuss business advertising in the village newsletter.

 

  1. REPORTS FROM OUTSIDE BODIES – Council to receive any reports.

 

  1. CORRESPONDENCE – any correspondence received by the Clerk.

    • Garden boxes – update on obtaining prices for timber frames
    • Lamp post poppies – update on ordering of these from RBL
