  1. Declarations of Interest - To receive any declarations from Councillors; Council to consider any written requests for dispensations & resolve whether to grant acceptance

 

  1. Vice-Chairman of the Council – To receive Nominations – Councillors to be proposed & seconded; Council to elect a Vice-Chairman

 

  1. Disclosable Pecuniary Interests – forms to be completed if there are any amendments to be made by Councillors

 

  1. Personnel Committee with Responsibility for the Clerk – To elect three Councillors; Councillors to be nominated & seconded
