6. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider any applications received by the Clerk for a request for co-option into one of the 3 vacancies.

7. GAYTON WIND FARM FUND – Council to consider 4 applications;
   1. SCA - £250 for Valentines Event at Marshlands (£50 for Hire of Hall; £200 for band)
   2. SCA - £200 for Valentines Event at Marshlands (£200 for buffet)
   3. Snooker Club - £225.32 for cost of electrical installation report
   4. Snooker Club - £250 for consumer unit and fitting

8. FINANCIAL MATTERS – 

1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
   1. Clerk’s salary and expenses for January 2022 including HMRC payment for month 11 of 2021/2022.
2. Council to consider the purchase of training equipment for CPR - Brayden Advanced – Adult in Red £325.00; PAD SP1 Training Device (AED Trainer) £425.00.
3. Monthly Councillors Report as at 31st December 2021.
4. Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments 31st December 2021 for approval.

12. QUEEN’S PLATINUM JUBILEE – Council to discuss the safety of the beacon located at the Prussian Queen and the lighting of this for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in the village.

13. BT BOXES – Council to discuss the ongoing works of relocating the boxes.

14. WIND FARM APPLICATION SCORING SHEET REVIEW – Council to discuss the draft version that has been circulated.

15. MARSHLANDS COMMUNITY CENTRE SIGN – Council to discuss any updates on the sign for the hall.

16. ACTION PLAN – Council to review and discuss any ongoing actions.
