Approved Minutes for Extraordinary Meeting on 26th April 2021

DRAFT Minutes of the Extraordinary Saltfleetby Parish Council Meeting held on

Monday 26th April 2021 at 7pm, via Zoom conference call (virtual meeting).

Meeting commenced at 7pm

There were no members of the public present.

Statutory proceedings commenced at 7pm

01465   Apologies for absence – ongoing apology from Cllr Robin Smith. Cllr Harrison, Cllr Clark and Cllr Facer were not available.

01466   Declarations of Interest –Cllr Lusby declared an interest for item 3 (01467 & 01468) – relative to applicant.

01467   Planning Application –Application reference N/145/00529/21 -  MOAT HALL, MAIN ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7TL - Planning Permission - Extensions and alterations to existing dwelling which is a listed building to provide a living room, link corridor, an attached garden wall to a maximum height of 1.85m and provision of dormer windows and 2no. double garages and utility building on the site of an existing attached outbuilding which is to be demolished.

01468   Planning Application - Application reference N/145/00530/21 - MOAT HALL, MAIN ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7TL - Listed Building Consent - Extensions and internal and external alterations to existing dwelling to provide a living room, link corridor, an attached garden wall to a maximum height of 1.85m and provision of dormer windows and 2no. double garages and utility building on the site of an existing attached outbuilding which is to be demolished

Council discussed both applications above (01467 and 01468) as they relate to the same property. The applications are in keeping with the property and replacing the building that is currently there. Cllr Lusby was present throughout the discussion but did not take part in the decision. All other Councillors present were in agreement that this was satisfactory. It was resolved to support both of the above applications, p RAS, s JM.

01469  Planning Application - Application reference N/145/00575/21 - LAND ADJACENT TO LONG GATE LODGE, NORTH END LANE, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7SX - Planning Permission - Erection of a detached house which is an amendment to that previously approved under reference no - N/145/00883/17 – Council discussed. There is already planning permission for the site. It was resolved to support the application, p JL, s RAS.
