You are summoned to partake in the online Parish Council meeting of Saltfleetby Parish Council which will be held on Tuesday 6th October 2020 at 7pm, via online conferencing.

The meeting will commence with a maximum of 10 minutes Open Forum for residents to raise any issues, after which Parishioners are then requested not to interrupt during the business of the meeting.

  1. APOLOGIES and approval for absence.
  2. NOTES of the Parish Council Meeting held on 1st September 2020 to be approved as minutes & any points to be noted.
  3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – To receive any declarations from Councillors; Council to consider any written requests for dispensations & resolve whether to grant acceptance.
  4. DISPENSATIONS – Council to consider any written dispensations received.

  1. DISTRICT/COUNTY COUNCILLOR REPORT – Cllr McNally to report if available.

Items for Discussion/Ratification:

  1. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider any applications for requests for co-option into the one current vacancy available.
  2. GAYTON WIND FARM COMMUNITY FUND – Council to consider any applications for £250 and under. Proposal to go into closed session at the end of the Parish Council Meeting to discuss.
  3. PLANNING APPLICATION - Application reference N/145/01279/20; 1 FISHMERE GATE, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7TJ; Planning Permission - Extensions to existing dwelling to provide a living room.
  4. DRAFT BUDGET 2021/2022 – Council to consider first draft of 2021/2022 budget presented by the Clerk.
  5. FINANCIAL MATTERS – 
    1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
      • Clerk’s salary and expenses for August 2020 including HMRC payment for month 6 of 2020/2021.
      • LRSP (LCC) receipt 847947 dated 9/9/2020 for £120 for ‘Check Your Speed’ Signs.
      • Wolds Gardening Inv-1185 for £95 (excl VAT) for cut on 2nd Sept 2020.
      • Wolds Gardening Inv-1186 for £95 (excl VAT) for cut on 16th Sept 2020.
      • Wolds Gardening Inv-1187 for £95 (excl VAT) for cut on 30th Sept 2020.
      • Pre authorisation for 2 cuts in October weather dependant and contractor fit for work due to Covid-19; £95ea cut – no invoices received.
      • Pre authorisation for tree removal at St Clements Churchyard due to tree coming down during adverse weather conditions approx. £150 for Wolds Gardening – no invoice currently received.
      • Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 31st August 2020 for approval.

  2. TREES AT ST CLEMENTS – Council to discuss outcome of Tree Survey.
  3. GRASS CUTTING – Council to discuss additional cuts over contract of 12 cuts per year.
  4. PASSIVE SPEED SIGNS – Council to discuss.
  5. THREE BRIDGES LANE – Update on complaint.
  6. PAVEMENTS – Council to discuss weed treatment as per District Councillor report.
  7. NOTICEBOARD KEYS – Council to discuss the key holders for the Parish Council noticeboards.
