      • Wolds Gardening Inv-0870 for £95 (excl VAT) for cut on 6th March 2020 – additional cut for year 2019/20.
      • Wolds Gardening Inv-0905 for £95 (excl VAT) for cut on 24th March 2020 – additional cut for year 2019/20.
      • Pre authorisation for 2 x cuts in April providing contractor fit for work; £95ea cut. Cut on 1st April 2020 completed.

        - Fund Administrators Salary for March 2020.

        - Mr D Hulme invoice for March 2020 for delivery and editing of March edition of     Saltfleetby Newsletter £100.

        - The Warple Press invoice 4815 for printing costs of Saltfleety Newsletter £95.

b.     Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 31st January 2020  and 29th February 2020 for approval.

 

  1. DELEGATION OF POWERS TO THE CLERK FOR ALL PLANNING DECISIONS – With email consensus from quorate number of Councillors. Council to discuss and approve.

  1. DELEGATION OF POWERS TO THE CLERK FOR E-COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE ANNUAL GOVERNANCE ACCOUNTABILITY RETURN (AGAR)2019/2020 FOLLOWING ANY AMENDED PROCEDURES FROM PKF LITTLEJOHN – With email consensus from quorate number of Councillors. Council to discuss and approve.

 

  1. DELEGATION OF POWERS TO THE CLERK FOR E-COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING ANY OTHER MATTERS THAT MAY ARISE - With email consensus from quorate number of Councillors. Council to discuss and approve.

 

  1. SUPPORTING VULNERABLE RESIDENTS – Council to discuss how to support the vulnerable residents in the village throughout the Coronavirus pandemic.
