Items for Discussion/Ratification:

 

  1. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider any applications for requests for co-option into the three vacancies available.

 

  1. a. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – N/145/00327/19 - LAND ADJACENT TO LUAN HOUSE, MAIN ROAD, SALTFLEETBY– Planning Permission - Application to remove condition no. 8 (occupancy restriction) imposed on planning permission ref no. N/145/2404/18 for the erection of a holiday cottage.

 

Council to consider the removal of condition 8 of the planning permission and submit any comments.

 

b. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – N/145/00379/19 - STURDYS FARM, MAIN ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7SN - Planning Permission - To excavate land to form a commercial fishing pond with embankments to a maximum height of 1.5 metres.

 

Council to consider the application and submit any comments.

c.  PLANNING APPLICATIONS - N/145/00424/19 - THE PRUSSIAN QUEEN, MAIN ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7TP - Planning Permission - Erection of 1no. block of 4no. holiday cottages with associated parking, erection of a building to be used as a shop on site of the existing outbuilding which is to be demolished and extension and alterations to the existing public house to provide 1no. holiday let.          

 

Council to consider the application and submit any comments.

 

  1. EK WIND FARM FUND – Council to consider any applications for £250 and under. Proposal to go into closed session at the end of the Parish Council Meeting to discuss.

 

  1. FINANCIAL MATTERS – 
    1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
      • Clerk’s salary and expenses for March 2019 including HMRC payment

        - Noticeboard maintenance costs; Jewsons invoice number 0152/00274966 for £49.19 (inc VAT); Willson’s Glass and Timber VAT receipt £17.98 (inc VAT).

b.     LALC/NALC membership subscription of £162.73.

c.     Monthly Councillors Report for February 2019.

d.     Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 28th February 2019 for approval.

        - D Hulme expenses for editing and delivery of the Saltfleetby Village Newsletter of         £100.00.
