Items for Discussion/Ratification:

 

  1. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider any applications for requests for co-option into the three vacancies available.

 

  1. a. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – N/145/00008/19 – SEA VIEW FARM, SEA VIEW ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7TR - Planning Permission - Erection of 2 no. cabins to provide temporary accommodation for volunteers and staff which will replace the domestic status of the existing dwelling on site. Construction of an embankment to a maximum height of 2.0 metres. Existing barns and cattle sheds on site to be demolished.

 

Amendment to the existing application above: Flood Risk Assessment and Evacuation Plan submitted, amended block plan and elevations to incorporate recommendations of that assessment.

 

Council to consider the amendment part of the application and submit any comments.

 

b. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – N/145/00008/19 – SEA VIEW FARM, SEA VIEW ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7TR - Planning Permission – The configuration of a flood defence embankment, and construction of 2no. new flood defence banks to provide an area of washland for wildlife benefits whilst ensuring flood protection of existing properties.

 

Council to consider the amendment part of the application and submit any comments.

 

  1. EK WIND FARM FUND – Council to consider dates for over £250 application panel dates for the 2019/2020 year.

 

  1. EK WIND FARM FUND – Council to consider any applications for £250 and under. Proposal to go into closed session at the end of the Parish Council Meeting to discuss.

    1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
      • Clerk’s salary, outstanding holiday pay for financial year 2018/19 and expenses for February 2019 including HMRC payment

- PPGM invoice for £40.00, invoice number PPGM20181788.

b.     Noticeboard maintenance costs of £67.18 (inc VAT) and lettering replacement cost of £10 to be approved.

c.     Appoint internal auditor for accounts for 2018/19.

d.     Monthly Councillors Report for January 2019.

e.     Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 31st January 2019 for approval.

a.     Accounts to be paid/authorised:

        - Fund Administrators salary for February which includes payment of outstanding           holiday pay for the financial year.

        - The Warple Press Invoice number 4233 for £90.00 for the printing of Saltfleetby   Village Newsletter.

b.     Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 31st December 2018 for approval
