2 DECLARATION OF INTEREST – To receive any declaration from Councilors; Council to consider any written requests for dispensations and resolve whether to grant acceptance.
3 PERSONNEL COMMITTEE WITH RESPONSIBITIES FOR THE CLERK – Sub-Committee to report on progress of appointing a new clerk.
4 PLANNING APPLICATION
Action 22/23 JL to write to Cllr Rickett, copied to Cllr McNally reference dimensions on planning permission drawings in particular wrt:-

Council to discuss planning application
5 USE OF CHURCH FOR COUNCIL MEETINGS – Council to discuss the merits of meetings taking place in the Parish Church.
6 WILDFLOWER BEDS – Council to discuss updated details of the proposed Wildflower beds.
