to be held on Tuesday 7th February 2023 at 7pm, at Marshlands Community Centre.

 

The meeting will commence with a maximum of 10 minutes Open Forum for residents to raise any issues, after which Parishioners are then requested not to interrupt during the business of the meeting.

  1. Soloby Old School Hub – Advertising and Stationery for Dinner Club - £46.15
  2. Saltfleetby Community Association – Application for hire of Marshlands Community Centre for the monthly coffee mornings £240.00
  3. Saltfleetby Community Association – Application for the band for the Valentine’s Dance £200.00

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATION - Application reference N/145/02081/22 -MALLARD INGS, MAIN ROAD, SALTFLEET, LOUTH, LN11 7SF– Planning Permission - Change of use of land to provide a mixed use for residential and the keeping of dogs and the erection of 16no. kennels. (Works completed) - Council to discuss.

  4. Quotations for St Clements Churchyard Pathway – 2 quotations received – proposal to go into closed session to discuss the quotes
  5. Monthly Councillors Report as of 30th January 2023 for approval.

    1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
      • Duncan & Toplis invoice 2223-19159 dated 15th December 2022 for Preparation of Financial Statements for year ended 31 March 2022 for £594.00 (incl. VAT)
      • Louth Town Football Club (SCA) invoice 1490 dated 6/1/2023 for £197.00 for a Christmas Tree
    2. Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 30th January 2023 for approval

 

 

  1. PAYMENT OF MUGS – Council to discuss and approve Cllr Dover to be one of the signatories to the cheque for the reimbursement of the mugs for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee from the Gayton Wind Farm Fund

  1. INTERNET BANKING – Council to discuss the potential set up of internet banking
