You are summoned to the Parish Council meeting of Saltfleetby Parish Council

to be held on Tuesday 10th January 2023 at 7pm, at Marshlands Community Centre.

The meeting will commence with a maximum of 10 minutes Open Forum for residents to raise any issues, after which Parishioners are then requested not to interrupt during the business of the meeting.

8. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider one application received by the Clerk for a request for co-option into one the four vacancies.

9. GAYTON WIND FARM FUND – No applications have been received.

10. PLANNING APPLICATION - Application reference N/145/02438/22 - COFTON COTTAGE, RIMAC, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7TS - Planning Permission - Extensions to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation including an increase in roof height to provide first floor bedrooms – Council to discuss.

11. DRAFT BUDGET AND PRECEPT 2023/24 – Council to consider for approval the final draft budget and Precept for 2023/24.

12. FINANCIAL MATTERS –

   • Clerk’s salary and expenses for December 2022 including HMRC payment for month 10 of 2022/2023; expenses LCC Recruitment cost for advertising for Clerk/RFO post in January 2023 £49.00

13. GAYTON WIND FARM FINANCIAL MATTERS –
    1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
       • Louth Town FC invoice 1489 dated 12th December 2022 for the hire of Marshlands £40.00
       • Rotaset Printers Ltd invoice RS012732 dated 19th December 2022 for printing of the quarterly newsletter December 2022 £271.00.
    2. Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 31st December 2022 for approval

14. GAYTON WIND FARM SCORING SHEET – Council to discuss new scoring sheet/criteria

15. FLAILING CONTRACT – Council to discuss flailing throughout the village

16. COMMUNICATIONS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC – Council to discuss

17. RAILING TROUGH – Council to discuss the location and installation of the new railing trough
