on Thursday 25th July 2024 at 7pm, at St Peter’s Church. This meeting is to be held in closed session.

1. APOLOGIES and approval for absences
2. DECLARATION OF INTEREST & REQUESTS FOR DISPENSATIONS – To receive any declaration from Councillors; Council to consider any written requests for dispensations and resolve whether to grant acceptance.
3. REVIEW THE METHODOLOGY FOR APPRAISING ENERGIEKONTOR GRANTS – To agree on the best format to appraise grant applications
4. WIND FARM APPLICATIONS:- (Subject to Agreement on item 3)
i) St Peters Church - £1,541.24 dishwasher purchase
ii) Art Group 2 hours pw & Chat and Craft Group 3 hours pw - hire of St Peters Church
£650 for 13 week period (July – Sept 24)
5. ITEMS FOR THE NEXT AGENDA – Council to add any additional specific items to be discussed at the next open meeting.
Next Parish Council meeting will take place on Tuesday 10th September 2024
