  1. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider any applications for requests for co-option into the three vacancies available.

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – N/145/02187/18 - SEA VIEW FARM, SEA VIEW ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7TR– Planning Permission - The Re-alignment of flood defence embankment, including the partial removal of a flood defence bank & construction of 2no. new flood defence banks to provide an area of washland for wildlife benefits whilst ensuring flood protection of existing properties. Council to consider the application and submit any comments.

 

  1. DRAFT BUDGET 2019/20 – Council to view the second draft of the budget for 2019/20 prepared by the Clerk.

 

  1. EK Fund Administrators Contract of Employment – Council to consider/discuss the EK Fund Administrators contract.

 

  1. FINANCIAL MATTERS – 
    1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
      • Clerk’s salary and expenses for November 2018 including HMRC payment
      • Expenses for Clerk for £183.90 for defibrillator replacement pads x 2 to be approved

- Tommy Statue cost to be approved £776.30 (inc VAT of £129.38 and delivery charge of £21.92)

- Wold’s Gardening invoice 1SPC18 for £70 for maintenance of the grass at Prussian Queen garden box and planting of bulbs at all 4 garden boxes

c.     BT Telephone box 1 materials £200.43 for pre-authorisation

e.     Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 31st October 2018 for approval

- The Warple Press invoice 4122 for £95 for the printing of the village newsletter

- Duncan & Toplis invoice D1907-012 for £100 for preparation of income and expenditure accounts for 2017/18

  1. BT Telephone box – Council to consider Councillor Report on the maintenance of the 2 boxes

 

  1. MISSING POST BOX – Council to discuss the removal of the post box at the site of the old village shop

 

  1. PARISH COUNCIL NOTICE BOARDS – Council to discuss the relocation of the 2 parish notice boards currently located at the site of the old village store (to include the relocation of the memorial bench of Mr Vickers – please note that this is not an asset of the parish council)
