  1. COUNCILLOR VACANCIES - Council to consider any applications for requests for co-option into the three vacancies available.

 

  1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – N/145/01789/18 - SEA VIEW FARM, SEA VIEW ROAD, SALTFLEETBY, LOUTH, LN11 7TR– Council to consider the application and submit any comments.

 

  1. DRAFT BUDGET 2019/20 – Council to view the first draft of the budget for 2019/20 prepared by the Clerk.

 

  1. EK Fund Administrators Contract of Employment – Council to consider/discuss the EK Fund Administrators contract.

 

  1. FINANCIAL MATTERS – 
    1. Accounts to be paid/authorised:
      • Clerk’s salary and expenses for October 2018 including HMRC payment

- ICO subscription renewal cost of £40 in Clerks expenses

- McAfee PC Total Protection Annual renewal cost of £4.99 in Clerks expenses

- Wreath purchase for Remembrance Service of £20 in Clerks expenses

- Tommy Statue cost to be approved £776.30 (inc VAT of £129.38 and delivery charge of £21.92)

- PPGM invoice PPGM20181647 for £200 for grass cutting at St Clements from 10/7/18 to 25/9/18

  1. Defibrillator replacement pads x 2 are required at a cost of between £40 and £65ea. Council to consider and approve purchase of adult and child electrode pads
  2. Flailing cost of £720 to be pre-authorised
  3. Monthly Councillors Report for October 2018
  4. Bank Reconciliation and Receipts and Payments to 30th September 2018 for approval

  1. SPEED SIGNS – Council to consider the future use of the speed signs

 

  1. BT Telephone box – Council to consider Councillor Report on the maintenance of the 2 boxes
