  1. Minutes from the last Annual Parish Meeting – 20th May 2025 for approval

 

  1. Gayton Wind Farm Community Fund Successful Applicants to report to the meeting:

 

 

 

Saltfleetby Community Association –successful applications for Coffee mornings £480, Ceilidh dance event £350 & Quiz Night £222

 

Art and Craft & Chat Groups– Room hire £1,620

 

St Peter’s Church – Summer Fete £345, Flower Festival £475, Barn Dance £500, Harvest Supper £705, Bonfire £878, Christmas Sing a long £266, Christmas Quiz £176, Valentine’s Dance £545                                  

 

Soloby Events Committee – Room hire for monthly community meal £1,285, Scarecrow event £455, Marshlands hire for Scarecrow event £125.

 

Bursaries - Successful applications two student laptops £450 each, iPad £450 and a school trip £360. Also flying lessons for a trainee pilot £1,055

 

  1. District & County Councillor –  Update on East Lindsey District Council and Lincolnshire County Council

 

  1. Quarterly Residents Newsletters – funded from the Windfarm account

 

  1. New litter bins by the bus shelter at Crossroads, Snooker Hall Bus Stop and Double Bends– funded from the Windfarm account

 

  1. Community gazebo and storage box – funded from the Windfarm account

 

  1. Poppies for Remembrance  & Speed Watch equipment – funded from the Windfarm account

 

  1. Any Residents Questions and ideas for future village projects.
