WINDFARM COMMITTEE MEETING

Tuesday 7th October 2025 at St Peters Church 7pm. J Lusby (Chair) 

AGENDA

  1. APOLOGIES and approval for absence.

 

  1. DECLARATION OF INTEREST & REQUESTS FOR DISPENSATIONS – To receive any declaration from Committee Members and to consider any written requests for dispensations and resolve whether to grant acceptance.

 

  1. APPLICATION PROCESS – as per the newly agreed document all application forms should reach the Clerk with 2 weeks of the next meeting to get on to the agenda.  Should there be documents such as insurance still to be received/updated then the application can still go on the agenda for discussion but no grant will be paid out until the Clerk has seen the missing/updated documents.

 

  1. MINUTES FROM MEETING ON 11TH AUGUST – to be approved and signed by the Chair

 

  1. NEW PADS FOR MARSHLANDS DEFIBRILLATOR – est £150

 

  1. AUTOMATIC NUMBER PLATE RECOGNITION CAMERA (ANPR):-

 

To bring everyone up to speed on this what we need to do now is:-

 

  1. Survey and provision of power for ANPR camera at location – I will need to know who is responsible for the column and getting the electrics provided – I will check with LCC Highways if this is them or Parish responsibility
  2. Supply and installation of ANPR camera
  3. Supply of SIM card and ongoing rental costs
  4. Maintenance costs including annual camera clean and checks

 

Once agreement on the costs has been reached, the council will need to provide a letter of intent to proceed -

formal agreement will then be produced and signed by yourselves and the PCC for Lincolnshire – the agreement will set out obligations of both parties, process if location is to be moved and serving of any notices if required etc

Title of the equipment remains with Lincolnshire Police

 

 

           As previously indicated, the forecast costs are circa:

Survey and report £1,000

Provision of required power connection – tbc

Supply and installation of ANPR Camera - £3,500

Supply and ongoing rental of SIM card £300 p.a

Camera Maintenance costs – tbc

 

         So possibly need to agree a budget of circa £7k as a one-off and £300pa ongoing
