  1. DECLARATION OF INTEREST & REQUESTS FOR DISPENSATIONS – To receive any declaration from Committee Members and to consider any written requests for dispensations and resolve whether to grant acceptance.

 

  1. MINUTES FROM MEETING ON 3rd FEBRUARY 2026 – to be approved and signed by the Chair

 

  1. CONSTITUTION  – to discuss and agree the type of organisation at 1) of the constitution
